Robert D. Lourie
Rob Lourie is the founder and principal attorney at the Law Office of Robert D. Lourie in Annapolis, Maryland, serving individuals and businesses throughout the State of Maryland in business law and civil litigation. Mr. Lourie maintains a statewide practice representing commercial landlords in all aspects of Maryland landlord-tenant law. He has built his practice on the principles of open communication and prompt response to client concerns, and taking the time necessary to fully understand client needs.
Mr. Lourie completed his undergraduate studies at Cornell University in 1988 and earned his Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1991, graduating with honors. After graduating law school, Mr. Lourie located to Maryland and has been a practicing member of the Maryland bar for 26 years.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Lourie served as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, Maryland from 1992 to 1998. He is committed to the advancement of the legal profession in his state and serves as an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association as well as the local bar associations for Anne Arundel County and Prince George’s County. Mr. Lourie is devoted to his community as well and is a graduate of the 2007-08 class of Leadership Anne Arundel.
